It was exactly what we needed!!

The file cabinet arrived in great condition and we immediately started our file reorganization project. The color (grey) blends in nicely with the office décor and the capacity of the drawers is VERY ample. I love the quiet sliding mechanism and the fact that it came with the lock and key installed. Set up was as easy as taking it out of the box and placing it in the office.

We needed additional filing cabinets as we are a company that has not yet gone fully digital. We have been pleased with our 4 drawer HON cabinets and were originally looking to match them. Upon making a store visit it was discovered that the Staples cabinets looked similar to the HON cabinets but at a reduced cost. Upon inquiring with the sales consultant at Staples he explained they were similar and that he has had no complaints from other customers who were in the same situation. We have been using the cabinets for two months with no complaints. Drawers open and close smoothly and the appearance blends in with our other cabinets.

This file cabinet was purchased by my husband for me to help me store and organize my mails and important documents. The construction was good.. It is sturdy and can hold up some heavy stuff i placed inside.
