These pens are my new favorite go-to must-have accessory. Love everything about them - the feel and soft touch and the smooth gel ink. Nice Staples brand... well played!
I do a ton of writing specifically in the form of journaling and note taking pretty much everyday which means I need a pen that is comfortable to use and has a smooth flow of ink. I first started using the Tru Red line maybe....a year ago and fell in love with the black version. It was everything I needed and trust me I've used a variety of pens over the years. The last pen I feel in love with was the Tul (which I may go back to after this). The problem I've been having as of late with the Tru Red pen is that the quality is not the same as it was initially when I first started using them. Recently I picked up the 12 pack because I loved the colors. I've tried so far out of this pack the black teal red purple and blue. Here's the problem: Some of the pens write extremely well while others don't come out as smoothly or much at all so you have to keep writing over what you've already written. This is extremely frustrating to the point I'm tempted to throw away the entire pack and just go back to the Tul's. This isn't the first time it's happened so I can't say it's a fluke. I bought Tru Red's in all black and I had the same thing happen. Once I'm done with this pack I won't be purchasing any more.
I like these multicolored and the black TRU RED pens. they write well and the ink appears to be good quality. the name is misleading though i passed by these a few times because I thought they were only the color red.
I like the various point sizes but the pens seem to run out of ink too quickly or write intermittently. I like the feel and width of them. One suggestion is a little more drag with the tip would help my handwriting a great deal. Maybe they could be an optional model. I would be very interested in that! P. S. Nice that your survey apparently wants real feedback and not rigid question/answers that serve only to get agreement not real information.
I don’t like gel pens. The sales person said these take the place of your previous pens so I decided to try them. These were okay. I just prefer ball point pens and really liked yours. I will not be buying any more gel pens.
