Scratchy writing not smooth fast drying

Received this pen as a free sample to give my unbiased opinion. I received the blue one it has a nice bright colored ink. Dries fast after writing. The barrel of the pen could be more comfortable. When writing it felt like it was scratching the paper not a smooth writing pen at all.

They write well and I love the design. Unfortunately when the ink is used up these will end up in a landfill. Next time I'll double check to make sure I'm using a refillable pen no matter how good the price is.
