I received my XL sandwich bags as a free sample to try and then submit a review. The bags were easy to open. I was expecting the bags to be slightly heavier/thicker. I would only recommend them for sandwiches and light weight items. If you have anything heavier or not soft, I am not sure the bag will last very long. If you are using strictly for sandwiches or similar items, the bag will suit your needs. I like that they are larger than standard sandwich bags as the sandwich bread I purchase seems to have slightly larger slices than some other brands.

Thanks for making the new XL size sandwich bags! I pack lunch for my husband and often times I use bakery size sliced break for his sandwiches and they never seem to fit into the traditional sized sandwich bags!

pros: good size bag cons: seal sucks, does not stay sealed, is difficult to line up both sides to seal when items are in bag. buy quart storage bags instead. they have a great seal that firmly locks and you can hear it click.

I have no idea how these bags passed any quality control, but they are terrible. Trust me, these are junk. I challenge the CEO of Johnson to purchase a box of these and try to close them. I bet $100 that he can't.
