Unit worked out of the box. Has many new features that our previous one did not have. Only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Also, the price was excellent. Registered it with Avanti (mfg) and they supplied a reference number to use for any further issues or questions. Happy user.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would give it a zero if I could. It turned on but did not heat up from the moment it was purchased.

Failed out of the box

Got it home. Heated up 2 items. Both times button for door failed to open it. Had to unplug it each time for the door to open. Never again Avanti
