Failed out of the box

Got it home. Heated up 2 items. Both times button for door failed to open it. Had to unplug it each time for the door to open. Never again Avanti

Good power, heats up well. Buttons easy to read and actually looks quite good. Was well packaged… Would recommend this microwave.

I would give it a zero if I could. It turned on but did not heat up from the moment it was purchased.
