We would not expect the product to behave that way, when the strip is stretched at least 15" for clean removal. We are also not able to advise using our picture hanging strips on a paper backed frame or a frame that is at least 1" wide. We want to ensure the adhesive is making a proper bond to the frame and then to be able to complete the rest of the steps.
