The cabinet was ordered in store but shipped to the office. Once the box was opened there was a huge dent in the back. I called Staples and they replaced the cabinet the next day. Good product and great customer service.

This is a GOOD file cabinet and is quality made and has a solid feel to it. The drawers roll in and out easily and quietly on the roller guides. The drawer key lock works easily. I did have to take off the front inside panel of the top drawer to replace the little spring that helps the thumb knob to release the drawer so it can be opened because the little spring had somehow come off after the cabinet was made but that was a quick and simple fix that took me about 10 minutes with simple tools. The file cabinet came in very strong packaging that protected its exterior perfectly. Would recommend this file cabinet to anyone who wants a quality made one and one that will last a long time even with frequent use.
