The cabinet can tip forward when the bottom drawer is fully opened without counter weight in the top drawer.

Solid lockable file cabinet

Overall satisfied. Didn't give it 5 stars because it's putty colored (I wanted white but not available) and not commercial grade metal but still quite sturdy and I filled both drawers up from front to back. Drawers open and close easily and drawers open all the way for easy access to files furthest away. For the price it's a good value.
