Actual drawer slides!

Seems to be worth the premium vs the cheaper file. It has actual drawer slides vs plastic guides. Should hold up much better.

Pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness of this cabinet which replaces a similar cabinet that had gotten dented just in normal use of opening and closing drawers. A bonus is how nicely our printer fits on top of this! Would recommend.

Very Decent File Cabinet

This cabinet was on sale as was ver cost effective. It shipped without a damage and I picked it up at my local Staples. This is definite not a flimsy cabinet which I was concerned about. It is also 25 inches deep and not 18 as some of them are. The finish is very good and the drawers roll out smoothly. I only gave it 4 stars as I compared it with my 23 yr old 4 drawer which was like a tank. It was heavier and much sturdier. The inside dividers were better. This file cabinet has heavy wire dividers but I do not believe they are as strong. After all it was 23 years ago. The actual advantage for me is that I can move it myself when empty. If I want to move it to another room or to clean it can be done fairly quickly. For me it is better than the old one now.
