Just barely wide enough for letter file jackets. If you have an accordion wallet it won’t fit. Also the spacers are cheap. Otherwise basic cabinet with sturdy construction

Ordered two 2-drawer filing cabinets supposedly commercial grade. One unit is good no issues; with the other unit the lower drawer won't close properly (this is a brand new out the box item) which is disappointing.
