The file cabinet was delivered on time and in good shape. The cabinet was well protected in a heavy box. The cabinet itself is heavy and seems durable. The drawers roll smoothly. The light gray finish is clean and pleasing to the eye. Two keys were provided. So far so good!

Very sturdy (unlike some of the cheaper models that Staples sells) delivered fully assembled (in a box) with no scratches or dents. I put an Ikea desktop on two of them to make a desk and it works perfectly for my small business. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a slightly darker grey color--this one is so light that it almost looks the color "putty".

This is a great cabinet for the money. Very heavy. The drawer operation is smooth and locking mechanism works very well. Locks both upper and lower drawers. High sides relieves the worry of buying extenders for folders to rest on. I recommend this cabinet.

One came with a big dent in it have not opened the other one. Saw reports that this had happened to others didn't put much stock in it. If you can't hide one side don't order these.

This file cabinet is sturdy and holds drawers filled with family tree paperwork. The locks work. The drawers open and close easily even when filled. One of the four came in a battered box (the final two) and it has a few dings. Having just moved I was eager to get going and when it seemed that it works I put it on the end. Got three of 4 on a sale price even better!
