Arrived in perfect condition. The only criticism would be that the drawers don't slide as smoothly as they should. Not bad enough to return though.

Overall I feel this is a good file cabinet for the price. It arrived in good condition (had it shipped did not pick it up in a store). I use it in a home office where it only gets occasional use (not daily use like a business would have) and I find that it is working out well for this purpose. I give it four stars because the top file drawer is a bit hard to open at times but I think it will be OK with use. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

The divider is a little flimsy which makes it hard to keep the files upright the way I want them

Miguel did an excellent job bringing in the bulky heavy two drawer file cabinet up stairs to the porch and then up to the second floor. He was a mensch & SO helpful to us getting the file up to my study!
