It would be nice if it had upper top small draw. It hold alot of documents.i would definitely recommend this item the price is well worth it and it stronger then most it doesn't bend like the cheaper ones.

These cabinets were on sale at half the price of the equivalent Hon cabinets and I got two of them to put under a door which I use for a work table. The cabinet construction appears to be equivalent to the Hons (I haven't loaded the drawers yet). But the drawer slides appear cheaper. I had trouble releasing them until I realized that you have to press up on the tab on one side and down on the other to release. Also it was disappointing to find out that Staples does not make a good file follower for their cabinets just a wire keeper to hold the files in front. I ordered a set of Hon followers to see if they will work. If not I will return them.

We have begun to use the fiiing cabinet .weneeded to file a lot of Medical info to keep for our records.we did buy some extras and it works well.its good and heavy. I cut my leg pulling it up the stairs.Its where we wanted it to be.thank you.
