Recipe guidelines

Whenever I find a recipe that my family likes I mark it with a post it tab so that I can find it easier later. My family has a lot of allergies so I mark the tab with the person's color and what I need to substitute in the recipe for that person. For example, my middle child is lactose intollerant and has a tree nut allergy that can cause her to go into shock if she gets into it, so I color code her recipe with a blue tab (her color) and mark on the tab no nuts, and soy butter. I can tell in an instance if I need to purchase something unique for the recipe as well as who has the allergy with the recipe as written. I can also tell which are favorites as those are color coded with an additional tab of red.

I have a lot of huge textbooks so the bigger the book, the bigger the tabs. These are super strong and they never come off because I'm very aggressive when I turn pages, I drag the tab and flip over 200-something pages but these things never come off! No matter how much dust you stick on it, it is still durable. I do prefer getting the brighter colors since I don't like the solid colors.

Post-it 1inch Flags

My Daughter & I used the Post-it 1inch flags many times while we were preparing for her wedding. The Post-it 1inch flags were great to mark names, addresses, and other important information we needed to mark and remember to do. We also used other Post-it items in her wedding planning book. The Post-it products are a great way to keep organized. We love Post-it products and use them in our everyday life.

I just love these Post-it Flags. I use them for marking everything. They are a lifesaver. I no longer lose a recipe in a magazine, or my place in a book. They're a wonderful invention!

Best Invention Since Sliced Bread

I love Post-it flags ! They're great for bookmarks (no more folded over page corners)but I also use the wider ones for markers in recipe books~you can write the dish on them so you can go right to the recipe you're looking for and to leave notes on my calender...so I don't mark up the pages. The decorative regular Post-its make great tuck in gifts. I often include them with birthday cards and of course use them as 'stocking stuffer' gifts at Christmas.

I teach math in middle school, my students take notes and the Post-It flags are perfect for separating the chapters and/or sections. This saves so much time when trying to locate information.
