I put them on the pages in my bible. The tabs have help me keep the books of the bible separated which has helped me locate different books.

POST IT FLAGS ARE THE BEST FLAGS TO USE. I OFTEN USE THEM WHEN MARKING PAGES IN MY COLLECTIBLES BOOKS & NOTES. THEY STAY ON THE PAGES & ARE EASY TO REMOVE.

STRANGE BUT USEFUL

This may seem like a strange use but, my granddaughter is afraid to use auto-flushing toilets. She was starting kindergarten this year and the school has auto-flushing toilets. Placing a Post-it Flag over the sensor keeps it from flushing while she is on the toilet. Problem solved with the help of a Post-it Flag.

I just love the flags! I use them to mark in teacher manuals and in my Bible for special passages. It is so easy to find what I want and need.I can even color code for lesson plans and subjects in my BIble.

Post-It 1 inch flags

I have made identifying reading groups for adults entering my room a piece of cake. I have color groups to start. Red, yellow, green, and blue. Red is below grade level, yellow is in need of an intervention, green is at grade level, and blue is above grade level.
I label everything with the correct color flag. Everything includes: journals, guided readers, independent reading books, assignments, centers, and there is a chart on the wall. No matter if the principal, literacy coach, other staff or volunteers come in, they can easily gather their materials and head off with their students. I do not label the groups by ability and use only first names.
The flags are priceless and can be used over and over again.

I love to use these tabs to leave notes in my textbooks without leaving marks on the pages. They keep my books neat and keep my ideas organized.
