Paper works in fax/copier machine much better than 20 lb paper.

I prefer a 22lb paper. It works better in the printer and fax machines. I print out personal & business files such as Word & Excel. I also print screen a lot. This paper is great but the pakage is too hard to open does not reseal to protect unused pages and is not that less expensive than HP branded paper. Other than HP and Office Max and Staples no one else manufactures 22lb paper.

Need for some quality control

I've used this paper before without any problems. But this time I found that in the latest shipment of 10 reams when I opened each package there were what I can only describe as creases on most of the sheets of paper. These appear to have been caused in the manufacturing process.

Not for double sided printing

I have tried both the 95 (96) bright 20 lb paper and this 98 bright 22 lb paper in my HP 7700 officejet printer. The 20 lb paper worked great when I printed on both sides but the 22 lb paper often fed extra sheets when printing on both sides which meant I had to spend a lot of extra time going through my printouts and pulling blank paper or reprinting pages where one side printed on one page and the other side printed on the backside of a different page. If you are going to print on both sides the lighter paper may be a better choice. If you are only printing on one side this paper is a great choice.

Practical well packaged easy to use

Easy to store and use as needed. Leave one pack with opened end on shelf and use it like a dispensor
