Biggest gripe: I received a coupon on a different brand - said I would get it for $23 off leaving me approximately [$] to pay for the case. However when I got to the cashier - they told me the coupon was a "mail-in" rebate and not an immediate reduction in price. I really resent this type of "savings" - any pricing discounts should be applied at the point of service - not after the fact. As a consumer my time is as valuable as I am sure that this company feels their time is. In my opinion if your store advertises a "rebate" - it should honor the rebate - regardless on who the supplier is. You sell the product.I will recommend your store-brand products - but will not recommend non-store brand - particularly when it involves coupons.
