Adequate but not great paper

At the special price the paper is adequate but I would not pay full price for it. [...] offers a much better quality paper for only slightly more money than Staple's special price. Ink bleeds through and the paper is prone to jams in my printer.

If i get a copy accidentally wet from water the HP inks run and smear. I do not believe this is a paper problem but is a flaw in the composition of the inks
