Multi-Purpose paper not HP firiendly

This is the second time I have had issues with the Multipurpose paper with my HP printer. The HP branded paper does not cause any jams.

Attitude of store manager was try this paper since the jams happen with Staples lesser brand. He suggested "buy a new copier" !!! Can't afford that.

I use this paper for incidental notes and for formal reports to my church and the missions it supports. Absolutely no complaints; very satisfactory.

Paper bright but too light for me

I run a lot of documents transcripts sample copy and verifications for use. When text and graphics are combined the graphic is not as sharp as desired.
