product was great - delivery status terrible - looked like the case broke open & the reams of paper fell out - all 10 reams were ripped open although it appears 99.9 % of paper was ok. Box was taped back together - don't know if it was shipped in this condition or if it happened during shipment.

I gave it three stars because I miss the easy-tear strip that you pulled to open the ream. To me that was the greatest "invention" to reamed paper!
