poor packaging

When I bought this paper in the store it came in a plactic type packaging. When I bought two packages online the packaging was a cheap paper that was completely torn on both packages. Luckily the paper itself was not ruined. However with the packaging destroyed I cannot leave the paper in the original package but have to look for another way to keep the paper neat and organized. As for the paper itself it is excellent quality and truely a bright white.So please in the future please do a better job in the packaging department

Arrived in poor condition

It is nice to order through Staples and get next day delivery but the box arrives UPS and is all taped up and falling apart. The packaging of the individual reams of paper are torn open. The paper itself is dirty and some of the paper is creased. The last few cartons of paper I have ordered have arrived this way. Unless this changes I will no longer be able to order paper from Staples. I have returned paper before but I needed the paper this time before I could get it sent back and replaced.

Good Paper Minor Problem

Having problem with extra sheets feeding when printing. Found in some of the some of the packages the cut lengths were not the same. That probably caused the extra sheets to be picked up by the printer roller.
