Works fine for most general use - not heavy enough for printing photos which require a lot of toner. 28lb. paper is better for photos.

Definitely NOT "glossy" enough for a 98 rating! Should be more like a 92 or 94. I normally get the 24 lb x 98 but thought I'd try this as it was on sale. Will not buy again for letter-quality use!

A must in every office

Staples Bright White Multipurpose Paper is a must in every office. I like the crisp clear and clean look I get every time. If I make a mistake in what I printed I will put it through and copy on the back side the ink doesn't go through the paper like some I have used in the past. Therefore I save money by reusing my paper. I use Staples Bright White Multipurpose daily. It is reliable I have no problems with the paper getting jammed in the printer. I would also say it is of high quality construction and a very good price.

Box was taped shut - had obviously been previously opened. Paper covers on the reams of paper were torn on almost every single one. Some of the paper inside was dirty on the edges some slightly wrinkled. The overall impression was that it was old and dirty.
