Not delivered on time & damaged

The driver delivered this item one bus day after it was scheduled to be delivered. Delivered on my front step without ringing or knocking. The box was all smashed up and tapped back together and more than 1/2 the reams were torn open and damaged. Two of the reams were too damaged to be usable in our printer - can only be used as scratch paper. I don't have time to mess around with a return so I'll just eat it but all should be wary in the future.

Twenty pound paper ninety two bright is "normal." My computer builder/technician encourages brighter heavier paper to reduce paper dust in printers as much as possible. I have been using 22/98 paper for years. I have very little problem with dust in printers very little in the way of printer problems. I have considered twenty four pound but when I look at the price difference between twenty pound twenty two pound and twenty four pound I am satisfied with twenty two pound. I am also pleased with with the strength of the cardboard case holding the paper.

I don't even think about buying any other product because I am completely satisfied with it. The paper is the right weight for my purposes and it stays nice and white in the long run. I've been using it for years.
