Staples Bright White Awesome Paper

Several years ago we purchased a new copy machine and the paper we had in stock which was a lower grade than this would not work in the machine. It kept jamming. I spoke with our copier rep who suggested I purchase a higher grade paper and listed this brand and grade as an alternative to what we had been using. So I ordered a case. It's a very nice weight works well for proposals and presentations. We have used nothing else now for over 5 years and will continue to use it as long as I am in charge of ordering supplies.

Although this product is a little spendy it sure makes our copies look great. We also seem to use a little less toner and have basically no paper jams.

The bright white multi-purpose case paper is great for the office. Its price is comparable to other multi-use case paper prices but I never buy this paper or any paper at full price. I always watch for it to go on sale. The paper's brightness is good and the paper's thickness is also good. The paper is higher quality than general copy paper. When you hold the two pages next to each other you can easily see the difference and that this paper is better. When I print colored images using an inkjet printer everything looks better on this paper verses regular copy paper. My office the multi-use paper in the copier laser jet printers and ink jet printers and it never jams. I would recommend this product.

Not just inexpensive cheap.

For a long time I shopped around and paid a premium for copy paper that was 22-lb weight (rather than 20-lb). Staples finally induced me to try their 20-lb paper (which is rated at 96-bright). Well...you get what you pay for. On the positive side the paper is decently bright and as opaque as any other 20-lb paper I've used. It didn't jam or cause any significant problems inside my printer. However subjected to actually running conditions the sheets tended to curl up badly which prevented them from piling up neatly in the outfeed tray--which made a whole lot more work for me. I'm going back to the higher quality paper.

A good bang for the buck

Excellent quality - works great on both my ink jet printers and laser printer. Never get a jam or smudge. This paper is well worth the price.
