The case of paper was shipped on time and was the correct product. Uncharacteristically however the box was a bit damaged and the paper wrapping on each of the 10 individual reams inside the box was ripped. However in spite of that external damage as best I could tell none of the paper was damaged so I did not need to take any further action. Still though something went at least partially askew in the shipping process.
