I returned the first delivery because each ream had been torn apart likely due to the poor and loose packing job. The returned 2nd carton arrived also with several ream wrappers torn apart again because the reams were loosely packed....many dog-eared sheets easy to get stuck in copier. I did not bother do return because I needed to print several specification documents (each over 200 pages). disappointing but mostly royal pain.

22# Copy Paper is Ideal

This 22# copy paper from Staples is the way to go. The 20# paper is too thin and cheap-looking and 24# paper is too thick so this 22# paper is perfect. It's much more versatile and can be used for both internal office needs as well as for external presentations. This should be the industry standard.
