Around here we do a lot of work that requires binding. Now we could just use a three hole punch but when you're dealing with multiple bindings and printings that can quickly escalate into a real pain. (usually in your wrist from all the hole punching) The best and easiest solution is to buy a ream of Staples Copy Paper 8 1/2: x 11" 3-HOLE PUNCHED. There are two of us here in the office and we both have a ream each that we use for normal copy paper on a regular basis. The only thing more useful is a whole box of the stuff.

A Way to Save time

I use this 3-Hole punched paper when copying recipes for the cooking school we have twice a year. It saves me time as well as looks professional because the paper prints up nicely.
