Apparently the ream had been dropped. One corner of most of the sheets was wrinkled. I was on a deadline so I had to use the paper anyway.

We use this paper to keep track of items for potential purchase printing internet pages and storing the paper in a loose-leaf binder. Print quality is sufficient for us to see product features and the paper is strong enough to stay together as we leaf through the pages.

I called the local store to see if the paper was in stock. The staff person went to check and it was in stock. The 2 reams I ordered were put aside and were there when I visited the store. A very smiling and polite cashier got the paper and rang it up. The total experience was all good.
