Colored Top-Tab File Folders

The Colored Top-Tab Folders make filling my business receipts for the year a lot easier to see and takes less time to fill the papers in my business. I divide the folders into quarters and use a different color for each month.

color coded folders

Worked well. Like using colored folders because it helps me keep track of all of my mother's paoerwork. I get new folders every year. Staples is nearby. The staff in the store is always courtious. I looked for 10 minutes and then a store professional came up to ask if I needed help. Then he kindly directed me to the proper location to find many different types of folders in a variety of colors. After a short deliberation I chose my package of red green blue yellow and orange folders. I was checked out in a jiffy and went home with my folders.

The colors make it very easy to catch sight of the particular folder I want. And the label tabs in different locations also make it easy to spot the particular folder I want. Though I keep the files in alphabetical order I don't always remember what category I considered that something belonged. Files that I've had for years give me no trouble in remembering what's where but as I age I find that the contents of newly added files don't always stick in my memory so the vivid colors and easy-to-read label spaces of these files are a big help.

Fantastic Colorful Folders!

I love these folders! I have many projects and some are more critical than others. I can assign a color (for instance red is the highest priority) and maintain all of the documentation in that folder as I work on the project. They are sturdy and last. When I exhaust my supply I will head to Staples to get more.

These have been around for decades and do the job intended for. So nothing to complain or to rave about. However watch the prices as Staples recently increassed the prices by 10% (2015)

I utilize the color top file folders in my small business. Purple is the signature color of my business and I love to color coordinate other files such as ones for taxes expenses client forms and such. They are durable and sturdy. I am very pleased with the color selection as well.
