These are the best note cards ever. Whether plain lined or grid printed they accept either graphite or ink. I bet they even would accept crayon or colored pencil although those are not accessible for me. The brilliant white paper is a little stiffer than plain paper and would probably remain so even after using an eraser on them. I highly recommend them for any paper or card stock use. They are not an acceptable substitute for ZIGZAG
