New soap disappoints

Like the others, I have been using the previous soap for a long time. It's my go to hand soap. The new soap is so strong and artificial. The scent lingers on your hand. The new scent also dries out my hand which did not happen with the old soap. I will have to return the extra new hand soap that I bought and buy a different brand.

Bring back the old soft soap aloe

I've been using soft soap aloe for years. It was the one soap I could count on not to hurt my sensitive skin and the smell was so mild. Until now. It's like they dumped a bottle of perfume in it. It's too strong and overpowering. Lingers unpleasantly. It's also harsh now and hurts my skin. Please bring back the old soft soap aloe. Until then I will have to find a new brand to use. I also do the ordering at work and will no longer buy this. I will find a different brand. None of your other soaps were ever as mild as this one used to be.

New Formula Irritates Skin/ Horrible Now

The new scent has made the soap impossible for us to use. It irritates our skin since we started the new formula. Why did you change it? The old formula worked well. Shocks me how many companies “improve” their products and make them worse. I assume its a cheaper formula for you to make now, otherwise, why change your base product. Makes no sense.

Scent change ruined this product

I have been buying this scent for years because it had Z muted but pleasant (barely detectable) scent. Soft soap changed the scent and added a string/unpleasaht and lingering artificial floral scent that is overbearing. I knew immediately thsf something had changed. I will never buy Softsiso again,

New formula is garbage

Change the formula back to the old one please this soap had nothing wrong wit it b4 why yall try to fix something that was perfect now i have to find a replacement scent free.

Horrible new stench

They changed the product without changing rhe label. It now has a horrible, heavy perfume stench and it dries out your hands. Everything likable about the original product is gone, and the new version is incredibly, unusably awful.

I have been using the soothing clean exclusively for ~3 years and i am so disappointed the formula has been changed. The new fragrance is so wildly overwhelming I'm legitimately trying to think of ways to dilute it to reduce the odor. I may just go find new soap.

Loved the old version. I am very sensitive to scents and it was so subtle. The new one with the new packaging is so strongly scented and it bothers me even after I’m I’ve washed my hands. Please go back to the old version! It’s the only soap I use
