NEW SMELL IS TOO STRONG! AWFUL!

Used to love this soap. They changed the scent to a "new" scent and it is over powering and too perfumy. The reason I used to purchase this soap was the pleasant smell. Please go back to original scent.

This "new scent" is awful and very strong. Please bring back the "classic" almost no-scent formula!

Zero stars! Don’t give generic responses back!

Nobody wants to call your toll free number and we don’t want any of your suggestions on another one of your soaps to use. What YOUR CUSTOMERS want and demand from you is for you to go back to your old formulas on your soaps. This new formula obviously is NO GOOD. You can’t make it right for us unless you go back to the old formulas. Your new ingredients and scents
are damaging and giving us all ill effects. What will it take for you to listen to your customers? What more do you need for proof? All one needs to do is read the recent reviews since you made the horrible switch. Please just do us a favor and respond back with feedback that will actually solve these issues we are all having. I believe if we took your product to get tested by a dermatologist or industry expert they would give the same bad reviews. In fact, maybe your customers who have gotten rashes and severe dry skin need to look into being compensated for our dermatologist visits due to your new damaging product formulation. Please don’t reply back to this with one of your generic automated responses. We deserve more from you!!

New formulation of aloe vera soft soap

I don't know why they changed the formula on the Aloe Vera Soft Soap. The new formulation is awful. It has a strong perfume chemical smell and is not moisturizing like the old formula. This product is useless for anyone that has allergies or respiratory issues. This is an epic fail. I will not be purchasing any more hand soap from Soft Soap until they bring the old formula back. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Now I am going to have to waste my time and gas back to the store to return it.

New and unimproved.

I've used this Aloe Vera soap for years. I liked it because it was lightly scented, and I bought the refills. Now they added more fragrance, and it is HORRIBLE. Now I can't find anything unscented or lightly scented, but I will never buy this again. I gave away the two new bottles I bought. Waste of my money! The smell was too horrible. Extremely disappointed. Was this change necessary??

Horrible scent loses a long time customers

My family has been using Softsoap Aloe for decades because of it's light scent and it's non-drying behavior. Now it's sickening scented to the degree that it gives me a headache. The scent lingers long after washing my hands. Additionally I find this new formula dries out my hands. Unless the original formula returns I'll never buy not one another Soft soap product, but never any other Colgate/Palmolive product if this is the way they treat their products.

Can't use now Scent has changed

For years, we have only bought this soap. I react to many soaps because of perfume or lanolin. This one was great. Now (in the last year) they have changed the Scent and I can no longer use this soap. I react with redness and itching. My husband won't use this soap as he does not like smelling "floral" even after rinsing and drying.
Please either go back to the old scent, or come out with a scent-free product!
