Ruined Hand Soap Product

My family used this Softsoap product forever and had to change due to the new smell and harshness of the new formula. Colgate has the nerve to tell unsatisfied customers to call so they "can make it right". Their idea of making it right is to get you to buy a different "fragranced" product.

NEW FORMULA RUINED THIS SOAP

When the packaging for this soap was recently changed, I compared the ingredients which were mostly the same, but a little different. Didn't matter much since once I smelled it I knew there had been added fragrance. I've been using this soap almost my entire life because it had minimal smell, a pleasant texture and left my hands feeling nice. My mom and I have used it all these years because we are both sensitive to fragrances. Now it is a completely ruined and unusable product. I just want to let you know that you've lost a longtime customer. I can no longer use this product. This is very disappointing. There are enough scented products flooding the markets. Give people with fragrance sensitivities a break please!

Changed scent - awful!!

I used to love this product until they changed the scent, and now it’s very strong and lingers. I’m so disappointed. I’ll be looking for a new brand as this was the only soap I liked.

New formula is so bad

New formula is terrible. It dries out my hands and the scent is way too strong. I don’t understand why you would switch formulas when so many people were happy with the old one. The old formula was the only hand soap I could use that didn’t give me dermatitis. I’m so unimpressed with this decision and it’s clear that others are as well. Please switch it back to the old formula and scent

Don't like the new scent. The old version was perfect. I'll be looking for a replacement, won't be buying this new and improved smelly soap anymore. Please let me know if you ever resume making the original version again.

Scent is a Horrible Feature

I am about to order online, & was confused by the new label on the ALoeVera bottle that has the word “scent” added to it. SO i came to the SoftSoap website to find out why. After reading these reviews, i understand that they have added scent to a soap that does NOT need it. And does their customer Service even read the reviews? Multiple customer have said that any scent gives them a rash or migraine headache, and Customer Service suggest they try another one of their scents! Hello!!!-ANY Scent can trigger a migraine!!! And your unscented soap is terrible. I will be buying anything except SoftSoap from now on.

New scent is bad for sensitive noses

I have been buying this soap for the last 20 years because it was the only aloe soap that did not trigger a migrane.
This new scent is terrible for those with scent sensitivity.
I must now see if I can find old bottles, because this scent is truly awful. Why fix something that isn't broken? Please bring back the old scent.

Horrible scent

Awful scent. I see the company decided to change what works to what doesn't. Please bring back the old scent. The new one is overly powerful and irritating. I cannot tolerate it. I will give the bottle away to someone who isn't sensitive to scents and I'll be finding a new brand.
