You have ruined Aloe Vera Fresh Scent

The new fragrance is so overpowering with perfume and dries out my hands and cracks them. I can no longer use this product. I'm trying other hand soaps other than Softsoap. I was a loyal customer for many years.
Pros: Horrible smell and dries out hands
Cons: Dries Skin, Unpleasant Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another vote against new scent

Another vote for returning to the original scent in the Softsoap Aloe Vera Soothing Clean hand soap. The mild scent of the original hand soap was pleasant. New scent means we now have to look for a different liquid hand soap. Who was complaining about the original scent? Change does not always mean an improvement. The new scent is too strong and does not reflect the image of an aloe vera based product. Now it is just another over scented hand soap which overwhelms the senses.

Horrible scent - they ruined the best hand soap

Have been buying these refills for 20 years specifically because the scent was mild. Some genius thought it would be great to turn to concentrate all the leftover bath and body works scents into this hand soap. The scent is now extremely irritating to the nose and the soap actually causes red rashes on our hands. We’ve been waiting months now for them to revert to the old formulation. Nope, whoever’s running this company just doesn’t care about its loyal customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NEW SCENT and it HORRIBLE. So much fragrance, no longer the lovely scent it had before. DISGUSTING. SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THE SOAP WITH THE FISH DESIGNS. That one is WORSE and NAUSIATING.

New Hand soap scent

I agree. This new aloe scent is overpowering and lingers unpleasantly. I've used your soap for years and prefer it over any other but I may have to switch to another now. Please change it back. Most offices and medical facilities don't allow any fragrance and this smell stands out and may get me evicted from doctor offices.

Please bring back the Original Fragrance!

Like many others I've exclusively used the old formula of this for years, as an autistic person with OCD who compulsively washes their hands I fell in love as it kept my hands from drying out and the fragrance was appealing, the new fragrance however has been keeping me from using it and finding a comparable product seems fruitless, resulting in more hand washing and dry skin, please bring back the original fragrance!
