Horrible cheap perfume in new formulation

Would like to give this zero out of 5 stars. Absolutely horrible new formulation. Stinks of cheap perfume and made the skin on my hands sore and dry the first time I used it. Nothing on the new packaging suggests that this is a new formulation, so I was fooled, like everyone else here who's complaining. After using the old formulation for many years (in large refill 2-packs from Costco) you've now lost a loyal customer. As soon as I've sourced another brand of liquid soap that is as good as yours USED to be, I'll post here so that other haters of this new formulation can also make the switch. Don't give me that phone number to call. I'll be too busy finding another brand. Besides, I'm sure you've got the message by now that your old customers are NOT happy.

This was the best soap until the formula changed

We had a lot of the large refill size bottles used to fill up all of our soap dispensers. The only product we have used for years because i have sensitive skin and many of the other brands make my skin crack from being dry and bleed. Plus, i loved how there was no major scent or perfume. Apparently we finished up our supply of softsoap we had on hand, so we bought another bottle. The bottle looked a little different, but the product inside looked the same. Then noticed that there was a very strong scent left on my hands. I figured someone in the house had mixed up the soap dispensers and put in thr wrong soap. It didnt take long before my hands started to become very dry and crack. This wasnt an issue before... then inlook online and apparently nobody likes the change in formula. We all agree that it smells bad and is harsh on the skin. This was a very popular product that many people with allergies or other sensitivities would use because it was gentle and unscented. Not anymore. Gonna find a new brand and throw this one away. Boooooo!

Terrible after changes

I've been buying this soap for many years and it's the only one I could use that didn't irritate and crack my hands. After the changes I now can't use it. My hands were immediately dried out and the overwhelming unpleasant perfume scent lingers for ages. Never buying again. Please bring back the soap we've loved for years!

Added smell ruined it

Have been buying aloe Vera soft soap for years and years. I recently purchased another refill and the new smell they added is terrible. I only purchase non scented products and now my my favorite hand soap is no longer available.

So disappointed in the new scent.

I'm so disappointed. Bought two big refills, but the smell is so strong and unpleasant, there is no way I can use them. Plus, it's drying out my hands so bad. Before this scent change, I would go to multiple stores if I had to in order to find the original. I don't know what hand soap I'll use now, but not soft soap.

The New Smell Stinks

I have been using this soap for years since it is gentle, moisturizing and had no scent. Now I will have to find new soap since the new scent is overpowering. Not sure why you decided to change a good thing.

Awful new smell
