The index cards I bought were thin!! Also I really didn't want the lined cards. I needed colored BLANK cards.

Cue Cards

Thank goodness for Staples. I looked everywhere for cards I could use as hand held cue cards for our talent in the upcoming Catlle Baron's Ball of Fort Myers FL. The Cattle Baron's Ball is a charity event to benefit the American Cancer Society. The funds go to Cancer research and most of the proceeds stay right here in the community. The event lasts 5 hours for which our Roving Reporter and our Host must keep people entertained and informed. I needed some way to print out cue cards and prompts for the talent and wanted to somehow distinguish between cancer facts upcoming evening events and introductions calls to action and fun Cattle Baron's sayings. The color lined index cards were the answer. Most places supply the 3x5 color index cards but do not supply the 4x6. My printer only prints on 4x6 not 3x5. So I was so grateful to find a good 4x6 solution. Thank you Staples! Diane

Taking Notes In Style!

For an extensive research project my daughter wanted to stay organized. So she selected the rainbow index cards! For each book she has one color note card to stay organized and at a glance she knows exactly which book she got the information from. I was very happy to see her think about taking her organization skills to the next level! I hope she remembers this the next time she needs to do research that requires multiple sources. Staples is right around the corner so it's always easy to get the school supplies we need.

Love these colored index cards!

As a teacher index cards have an endless use in my classroom. I use them with my students for writing personal goals checking out my classroom library books taking anecdotal notes and more. What I love about the colored index cards vs. the usual white ones is that I can organize my information quickly by color coding. My students love them because they get a choice to choose their favorite color for their note taking or goal writing. Even the simplest thing like giving students a choice of color gives them a feeling of empowerment as well as buy-in to the activity assigned. Color choice is AWESOME!

These cards are great for organizing notes. The Colors keep the subtopics easily divided and the size is just perfect for flash cards
