I actually bought these not for filing but to create floss organizers for a complex counted cross stitch project. I cut the file folders up into strips then punched several holes in them and marked each hole for a different color floss. They work great and do not tear when I pull out a piece of floss. I'm sure I would be just as happy with them if I used them for filing papers which I will also do in the future.

Wow! Buying a carton of folders was a life changing event. I knew I needed them and as I was nearing a Staples store I stopped parked entered and found the item. I then checked out and continued on my journey. Once home I opened the box and now I have folders. Really you can’t make this stuff up. What an adventure! Thanks for the opportunity to share it.

They don't fall apart or fold over. They endure the masses of paperwork that we have to file away constantly.

After using the heavyweight file folders I cannot go back to regular weight. These folders are very good quality and hold up very well to repeated use through out the year.
