I have a lot of clients moving through my active list and folders are moved from place-to-place including out of the office and on the road. These heavy duty folders hold up very well and the deal was hard to pass up. I had previously used Staples regular manilla ones which worked OK but these are much much stronger and better.
I purchases these file folders for home use. They are sturdy and work well in my file cabinet and in a storage box that I use for sorting quilt patterns and ideas. I will also be able to use them to make quilt templates for a class I am taking. They are sturdy enough to last yet pliable enough for me to cut with household scissors ( also from Staples ). They maintain their shape rather well yet if they wear out I can easily make more. Especially at the sale price offered when I purchased them you can't go wrong
Got some to put in my file cabinets and organize all of my different subjects and categories. I will use then for sub-subjects and categories as well. It will be helpful to keep "like things" together. Now I just need to put stickers ( or labels ) on them to help in finding what I have and need to use. Or I could use a marker or pen to label each folder. If I need to change the "title" or label I suppose that I could use "WhiteOut" and write over it. I probably should have prurchased some in colors to help me organize and separate subjects.
These heavy duty file folders will be used for us to save essays stories musings poetry philosophical and spiritual thoughts that we have written over the last forty eight years of our marriage. I also purchased Staples plastic file boxes. With the use of hanging folders also from Staples we know that our history is being preserved for our sons and grandchildren. We have been asked to write autobiographies the organization of all of our keepsakes will be the basis of those stories when we are ready to put the words in writing.
