Nice weight & color choices

I homeschool my children & we use these file folders to make lapbooks for books that they read throughout the school year. They are a nice weight & hold up very well. The kids like having a variety of colors to choose from & these folders are nice not washed out or faded looking. I also use them to keep my papers organized. I will continue to buy them.

Yellow File Folders Had Black Specks

Heads up regarding the yellow file folders - I purchased this product based on the existing online reviews. When I was at the store when I opened the first box of file folders I was surprised to find that the yellow file folders had obvious sporadic black specks. I had to go through the 12 or so boxes on the shelf before I was able to find a box where all of the yellow file folders were OK. The other colors were fine. It's a good thing that I purchased this in the store because I would be very upset if I had ordered this online and received a box with flawed yellow file folders. Even though the file folders are constructed from recycled paper the other colors didn't have this problem. Although this type of defect may not bother other people I want to get the best quality for my hard-earned money.

I desired to buy tab reinforced file folders but unavailable at either of two stores at which I shopped. The ones I purchased by default are not sufficiently rugged.
