These folders make it easy to organize paperwork especially for doing ancestry lookups and storage. It allows me to keep the family data by color.

I needed file folders that could hold papers without buckling and I needed file folders that I could label that I could distinguish what was in each. These work.

I have a color-coding system for the folders: yellow for notes red for correspondence blue for contracts etc.. The heavier weight allows my not having to use also additional portfolio folders to hold multiple file folders per customer. I can keep 2-3 file folders as needed rubber-banded together. This saves time when I access any one folder because i am not having to pull the folders out of the portfolio and put them back inside again. When I go to meetings the folders per customer go in my brief case and are easy to access.
