Look at the cover!

Good folders. I was think of using a different color for different clients but all the tabs are in the same location for each color. That's on me for not looking at the cover but if your thinking the same thing maybe not the product you need. If your filing scheme is different certainly recommended.

Wonderful. Helping me organize all my incoming snail mail. It can be such a daunting task with all the junk mail received. Now its in the folder or to the shredder!

I misunderstood that these are intended to have different colors mixed. All of one color have same one third cut. Not good filing all one color.

Work very well!!! I would recommend to anybody. They are heavy duty and are not bright enough to get lost on your desk. These are folders that can be reused for along time. Eventually it buckles a bit from wear and tear but it lasts much longer than most other folders would. Only con I can think of is that you have to be careful what sort of stick tabs you use because they can be prone to peeling off.

colored file folders

I love using colored file folders. There are lots of suggestions online on how to categorize them. Usually green like money for financial files i.e.; bank statements charge accounts bills etc. Red like blood for medical information and medical insurance records lab work etc. You get the idea. It really speeds the filing and record keeping process along. I find I am able to retrieve files much more rapidly. Once you get used to color filing systems it is hard to go back to plain manilla folders again. The Staples brand are sturdy and the colors are vibrant.
