They are okay but the description of heavyweight is not appropriate. We are required to keep some records as long as ten years and I am not confident these folders will be durable.

The "Standard" file folders are thin and flimsy. If you want regular ones these are the ones to buy.

One use for these heavy weight folders is for craft projects. They make wonderful cut out patterns for puppets and hold up very well. Also in organizing papers many more papers will fit in without the folder tearing apart.

The standard manila folder was this one or better. Today the 'standard' folder is flimsy and cheap!
