Colored file folders make very easy the visual identification of certain kinds of info in a file drawer. We wouldn't be without these in the office.

The paper is heavy for my file cabinets & don't tear as easy as the lite weight folders.

These are great File Folders and being store brand good price on them! Our boss prefers these for everything so they don't tear. Personally I think the extra weight is pointless for files that just sit in the file cabinets all the time but those that are out and handled a lot--they are great!

Heavy is Better

I use one folder each day for daily invoices and keep them in a storage box that holds 2 months worth of invoices. I used to order the cheapest folders I could but then I had to put cardboard in between them or they would curl up and slide into the storage box. These heavyweight file folders are strong enough that I don't have to support them. Cost a little more so I just watch for sales.

rebates are confusing & take too much time

I purchased two boxes of paper that were supposed to come with a rebate. I have never filed the paperwork because it's too time consuming and I can't tell if I'm going to get a rebate on both boxes but I suspect only one even though the information makes it seem like I will get both. Too ambiguous.
