My office uses these to keep all of our grant and office records in order. They hold up much better than the traditional manila folders which fall apart after about a year of heavy use.

I'd never seen file folders as sturdy and finely finished as these. The more expensive name brand folders cannot hold a candle to these. The smooth surface keeps them from sticking together (like the cheap ones) and writing on the tab is much better. I pack 15 or 20 folders every time I get on a plane and inexpensive ones have to get replaced every few months. These won't.

My folders are constantly going in and out of the file drawers and dragged to meetings. With these folders I don't have to worry about ripped tabs shoddy folders as well as solid protection for my files.
