I find that the file folders from Staples are durable. I have used this item for a number of years now. And also the color has not faded. And sometimes I can locate the different titles by reminding the color of the File Folder.

Purchased the same item previously and have used all of them. They work perfectly for monthly financial reporting docs hence my reason for returning to purchase them again. The different colors assist in recognizing different entity reports and the heavyweight prevents distortion and tearing of the folder.
