this Printer does not have the ability to share services of printing with other scanning and printing devices in an office environment. Not recommended for use in office setting where there are other printing and ans specially scanning devices.

Neither here nor there. Staples usually has what I need; that’s why I go there but nothing exciting or negative to report. I guess boring is good in an office supply store.

A folder that stands up for a long time

We use these folders to organize our choir library music. But rather than put these in a file cabinet with the tab facing up we sit these folders on their sides on a shelf with the bottoms facing out (we attach labels on that narrow section). In the past we used 'normal' file folders and after a year or so they loose their rigidity and start flopping around and start to curl the music. But these heavy weight folders have stayed rigid and the bottom stays firm with just enough width to attach a label. We are in the process of replacing all 500 of our 'floppy' folders

Great for filing away large reports and heavy documents overall. Very durable and great for setting up a file system for long term use
