Good File Folders

I personally prefer my file folders to have the tabs on the tops of the folders instead of the ends for easy searching. With that said however I do enjoy the fact that with the tabs being on the ends it presents a much cleaner look to my filing cabinet. These file folders also offer extra room in them compared to the traditional file folders. The quantity of folders received was more then suffice for what we use them for; which is in our home office. Overall these End Tab File Folders are a good option for those looking for something different from the traditional Top Tab Manila Folders.

Great simple folders

I am a college instructor for nursing students and go through about 20-40 students a semester. I like to use basic file folders for initial paperwork to hand to students (read: won’t get back) and to keep myself organized through the semester with one for each student. These file folders fit the bill! The box is so full I won’t need to replenish any time soon. The folders are sturdy and keep the papers clean and smooth inside. What more could you want for a file folder? I received these folders for free as part of the Stellar Feedback Panel.

Good folders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far these folders are working great. I wouldn’t say they are extraordinary but they aren’t bad either! They get the job done without falling apart. So far I have used them to organize some papers in my office. I have random stacks of papers everywhere so it’s nice for them to have a home. I have also used a few in my craft organization and it’s helped keep my different color groups of paper nicely organized instead of in messy piles. The folders are nice and thick and hold a decent amount of paper. I’ve only been using them for about 2 weeks now. So I’ll have to see how they hold up to being moved often but so far i like them and I’ll continue to use them!

Thick but not the right shape for us

With a single uninterrupted tab across the top they offer a larger labeling surface compared to folders with partial tabs making it easy to create clear prominent labels. They can handle regular handling without tearing but may show wear if overstuffed or used very frequently. The full-length tab provides plenty of space for labeling—especially handy if you’re using long or detailed labels.Many straight-cut folders are scored to expand up to 3/4 inch accommodating thicker stacks of papers without damaging the folder or causing it to buckle. This is useful if you’re storing a moderate amount of documents in each folder. While they’re good for general use these folders may not stand up as well to extremely heavy or bulky files compared to thicker or reinforced “heavy-duty” folders.
