It’s a small square the whole rubber bands. It does the job there’s not much to review to Rite about this. That’s what I think about it it does the job. If you’re looking for something to hold your rubber bands on your desk or to hold anything Little this is it. If you have this and can write a better review go out it!

measurements listed as 3.46"L x 3.46"W x 2.75"H but product received is 3"x3"x2.5". Had planned to put scratch paper in it but it's not big enough!
