Worth the extra bucks

Good quality unit. I debated cheaper units but settled on the more expensive unit and was glad that I did after I started to use it. The metal is thick and it doesn't appear tinny in nature. I like that the key locks all the drawers at once. It rolls easily and the portability was important to me. The one thing that surprised me was the weight of the unit made it hard to pick up and carry when empty. When I removed the bottom drawer I was surprised to see three concrete bricks glued to the bottom of the unit. Was that much extra base weight really necesary??

Two Office Supply Drawers and ONE file drawer!

Its perfect. Way better than having 2 file drawers. This product has TWO supply drawers for pencils paper office supplies and then ONE file drawer. And it’s on rollers. Can move by pushing with ONE hand. The only drawback is because it’s so easy to move it’s also easy to tilt forward. Be careful when opening all drawers.

Cabinet arrived with bottom left hand corner dented. Did not effect the opening of the bottom drawer. United Parcel Service would be held responsible but it could have happened prior to shipping. I figured if we reordered the next one might be damaged worse.

This filing cabinet is awesome!! My main things I wanted in a filing cabinet were one that locked had wheels and one where the drawers would not be hard to open. This one does dent easily as I was trying to get it out of the box...very very small dents though...the only thing that had to be "assembled" was screwing the wheels on the bottom. The drawers are so EASY to open and close...all 3 drawers lock and the wheels are hidden. Also there is and never will be a problem with this one tipping over from the weight with the drawers being open because it does have a cinder block built in the bottom of it to keep it weighted down. It is very easy to push around even when fully packed with files. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

They didn't have it in stock so it was shipped directly to my house which I thought was way more convenient since it was a heavy item. I received it within 2 days. Also it was priced wrong on the floor but they still gave me the discounted price that it said it was. I can't complain because Staples provided me with great customer service and a great purchase. I love this item. I store all my files and papers here. The drawers are convenient for storage as well. I use it as a desk drawer since I have an electric lift desk that doesn't have any drawers. This item is perfect. The wheels make it easy to move around when needed.
