Medical records labels

We use these to label our medical records, 1000s of medical records. THey are ok for it, but sometimes older people have a hard time reading the names if they are misaligned in the printer and print on the colored lines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Use these for all personnel files

I color code personnel files blue for the main folder, red for medical, yellow for worker's comp, and green for training. This way there is no question as to which file belongs in which cabinet.

5776 Filefolder Labels

I had and have great success with all Avery products in the past & present with the exception of this box of 1500 blue file folder labels. the adhesive does not hold up (stick) for more than 30 minuets and then it starts to peel off. I can understand the labels falling off the folders after 3 years in non-climate controlled record retention, but these have never left my office. I have not had this problem with the plain white labels just this one box of blue ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Admittedly, I have had these labels for over 7 months now, but their adhesive simply doesn't stick any more! Now I have to put clear tape across the label to make it stay in place, which makes it harder to reuse the file. ~Needs more staying power~
Pros: Easy To Change, Bright Colors
Cons: Peels Easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor adhesive.
