Staples� 2-Pocket Folder Review

The affordable price of this 2 pocket folder allows the user to add professional touch to all types of business presentations. Instead of handing meeting or training attendess a bunch of loose papers they have to carry around this folder gives them 2 roomy pockets to keep notes and handouts organized. Plus the folders have a section on the inside flap to hold a business card to let them know who you are. Also you can place a label on the front to add a title to the folder. I have been using these folders for a few years and I love the affordability.

Two Pocket Folder Holds It All

We use pocket folders for our new members' welcome ceremony. Inside each folder we include a copy of the new approved membership application a copy of our chapter bylaws chapter yearbook state newsletter state directory how to order member pins and how to wear them and to dispose of them when they no longer can be worn by the member. We also provide a copy of American Spirit magazine and a blank order form. Although we pack it full the folder holds up and doesn't bend or collapse. It also provides a place for our business card.

Although there was not a large color selection for this folder the color I selected was exactly the one I needed. The folder has pockets which are useful but it would have been nice to have 3-hole rings to attach papers too. I like that it was made of paper and not stiff plastic.

When I was asked to go to the store to pick out some folders for a client presentation it was requested that I find something that had two pockets a place for the business card to be artfully presented and that the color be blue to fit with our branding. I was able to fulfill all of those expectations with this one product. However the only regret is that although the blue is a lovely pastel we really would have preferred a more deep and alluring navy. Unfortunately I was unable to locate these on the Staples shelves. Otherwise - perfectly adequate.

These folders are perfect for providing handouts to newcomers to our organization. They hold lots of materials are durable & attractive.
